The Marshmallow Express is a kid owned, gourmet marshmallow business in Aurora, Colorado. When my parents told me I needed to earn part of the travel expenses for a school sponsored trip to Barcelona, Spain in 2025, the idea of making candy was created. The marshmallows I made were the biggest hit, so I’ve stuck with it. I’ve created dozens and dozens of fun and unusual flavors and continue to make more.

My immediate goal is to earn enough money to take this school trip and be able to take art and enrichment classes in the future.

My ultimate goal is to open a Café here in Aurora where kids can come and relax, do some homework, play games and enjoy my delicious marshmallows and tea cakes.
